As a listed company with 28 years of experience in the FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) industry, Mr. Yang, CIO of Yidong Electronics, shared his practical experience in enterprise digital transformation. He stated that Yidong Electronics has built an organizational structure of "front-end business value team + mid-platform capability team + back-end governance and infrastructure team," creating six core capabilities: digital standardization, guidance, evaluation, analysis, decision-making, and driving force.
